Ad Infuse Names Mobile Veteran, David Bernstein, Vice President of Engineering

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 1, 2006 -- Ad Infuse, a leader in delivering personalized mobile advertising solutions, today announced the appointment of David Bernstein to Vice President of Engineering. Bernstein will oversee the development and expansion of Ad Infuse's mobile advertising platform, and is tasked with rolling out support to customers overseas.

Prior to joining Ad Infuse, David was CTO and vice president of engineering with Caboodle Networks where he was responsible for bringing the company's mobile search product from concept to reality. Before Caboodle, he was also the CTO and vice president of engineering at MobileSys, a premier mobile messaging aggregator, now called mBlox. David was also an early employee of Vantage Analysis Systems/Viewlogic Systems, and was with the company for nearly 10 years, helping to create and deploy their industry-leading compiler and simulator for VHDL, the first industry standard behavioral hardware design language.

David will report directly to Ian Johnson, CEO of Ad Infuse.
