AdEx Media Elects Ed Roffman to Its Board of Directors

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - August 4, 2008) - AdEx Media, Inc. (OTCBB: ADXM), a leading performance driven online advertising company, today announced the election of Ed Roffman, current Chief Financial Officer of Cryptic Studios, Inc., to the AdEx Media Board of Directors. With almost 30 years of experience in financial and operational positions for PC software, Internet and consumer product companies, Mr. Roffman brings strategic oversight, financial expertise and operational know-how to AdEx Media.

Prior to Cryptic Studios, Mr. Roffman has held several key financial positions at Activision, including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and was a key contributor to Activision's successful 1983 Initial Public Offering. Mr. Roffman has also served as CFO and COO of Palladium Interactive, a PC gaming company, and was instrumental in the company's sale to The Learning Company. He has also held CFO positions for several business software companies, including Forte Software (sold to Sun Microsystems) and Illustra Information Technologies (sold to Informics) as well as Internet companies such as PhotoPoint. In addition, Mr. Roffman also serves on the Boards of Directors of Silverstar Holdings and Akeena Solar, Inc.
