Aeroprise Awarded "Product of the Year" at Worldwide 2005 BMC Remedy User Group

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 28, 2005 --

-- Aeroprise is first company to win award two consecutive years
-- Former executive from and Sybase and former QUALCOMM
executive join Aeroprise's Board of Directors and Advisory Board
Aeroprise, Inc., a leading provider of Mobile Service Management solutions, today announced it was awarded "2005 3rd Party Product of the Year" by customers of BMC Software (NYSE: BMC) at their annual User Group Conference in San Jose. The company also received the 2004 "Product of the Year" award at last year's BMC Remedy User Conference. This marks the first time the same company has received the honor in consecutive years.

The announcement comes at a time when enterprises are taking action to reduce expense leaks and improve customer service by bridging the gap between mobile employees and deskbound tools. Aeroprise has eliminated this gap for many of the world's most-respected Fortune 500 companies, government and educational institutions including Safeway, the FCC, Lockheed Martin and Ticketmaster.

According to Daniel Bloom, a long-time developer of applications based on the Remedy® AR System and founder of the popular ARSList newsgroup: "Users are getting behind Aeroprise the way they got behind Remedy back in 1993. There are a lot of partner products in this community and none has ever been awarded 'Best 3rd Party ARSystem related Product' twice in a row. It's the best mobile solution for Remedy I've seen."

Aeroprise also announced the appointment of Antoine Blondeau to its Board of Directors. Mr. Blondeau is a member of the senior management team at Visto and has over 15 years of leadership experience in the software and wireless telecommunication industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of in charge of the company's wireless and mobile activities. He also served as President and COO of Zi Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed mobile user interface software company and was also President and CEO of Dejima, Inc., a developer of distributed artificial intelligence software which was acquired by iAnywhere (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sybase).

"The Aeroprise approach to mobility drives adoption by end-users," says Mr. Blondeau. "From what I've seen in the industry, the company's impressive customer base and focus on market needs will help extend its early leadership position."

Aeroprise also announced the addition of Jan Dehesh, a 17-year veteran of QUALCOMM, to its Advisory Board. Ms. Dehesh is the CEO of Dehesh International, a telecom consulting company. From 1987 to 2004, she served in several executive roles at QUALCOMM. Most recently, as a Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Dehesh developed and implemented marketing programs to accelerate the adoption of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) products and services through strategic partnerships. Previously, Ms. Dehesh served as Vice President of Information Technology at QUALCOMM and helped create the company's worldwide telecommunications and computing infrastructure.

According to Ms. Dehesh: "The Aeroprise value proposition is a perfect fit for CIOs developing mobile strategies. Their products address the key challenges large enterprises face like the need for end-user configurability and measurable ROI. I look forward to helping the company grow."

Today's announcements build on recent accomplishments including the receipt of first prize at Mobile Showcase 2005 in May from a field of 25 leading companies in the mobile and wireless industry. According to Dan Turchin, President and CEO of Aeroprise: "This validation from our customers affirms our strategic approach and inspires us to continue building the best mobile solutions for today's enterprise market. We welcome the additions of Antoine and Jan to our extended team. As the market for our products matures, we're more focused than ever on attracting the best talent in the industry and developing products that deliver on the promise of mobile computing."
