Aeroquest International Announces a Change to Its Board of Directors

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2007) -

Attention business/financial editors and reporters:

Aeroquest International Limited (TSX VENTURE:AQL) announces that Dr. Gordon West has resigned as a director of the Company and that Mr. David Myers has agreed to become a director of Aeroquest.

Dr. West has indicated to the Company that he decided to leave the board because he feels that the role of a director of Aeroquest may conflict with some of his activities as a general scientific and technical consultant in geophysics. The board of directors of Aeroquest International would like to thank Dr. West for the time and energy he has devoted to the Company.

Aeroquest is pleased to announce that Mr. David Myers has agreed to join the board of the Company. It is expected that Mr. Myers will be appointed at the next meeting of directors of Aeroquest. Mr. Myers the principal of David J. Myers and Associates and is a senior executive with multi-functional and multi-industry experience who specializes in human resources strategy and organizational design and effectiveness. The board looks forward to welcoming Mr. Myers to the Company.
