DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - October 29, 2007) - US National Telecom, formerly known as Yi Wan Group (PINKSHEETS: YIWA), has today received confirmation from the NASD that the name change to US National Telecom has formally been approved and the company has been assigned the coveted symbol USNT. "We're excited about the name change and the new trading symbol because we believe that it more accurately and clearly reflects the business and mission of the Company," according to Brian Ford, VP of Operations.

US National's VoIP technology network and its world-class, easy-to-use customer web portal is proving to be very popular with VoIP providers. This one-of-a-kind portal allows VoIP providers, from very small to very large, to manage all aspects of their account. In essence it allows the VoIP carrier to essentially "take control" of a very expensive nationwide voice network to order and manage all services including telephone numbers, toll-free numbers, VoIP traffic circuits and telephone number change requests.

By all major indications, the VoIP telecom marketplace is expected to increase, and many small companies have already experienced great success. The Company believes it is in a position to capitalize on opportunities in the VoIP marketplace with its own VoIP business strategy.
