AirTight Networks Appoints Dennis Tsu as Vice President of Marketing

Leading Wi-Fi IPS Company Announces Strong and Experienced Addition to Its Stellar Management Team

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 6, 2005 -- AirTight Networks, the leading provider of Wi-Fi IPS (WIPS) Firewalls, today announced that it has appointed Dennis Tsu as its new vice president of marketing. In his new role, Tsu will provide strategic marketing direction to support AirTight's growth and branding objectives.

Prior to taking on this position at AirTight, Tsu held senior marketing positions at several leading technology companies for over a decade. Most recently, Tsu was vice president of marketing at NextHop Technologies, a leading supplier of WLAN, switching, IP routing, and MPLS software to the networking equipment industry. In this capacity, Tsu drove the evolution of the corporate strategy, helped to raise over $20 million in incremental funding and directed the company's marketing efforts.

In addition, Tsu held senior marketing positions at Ensim Corporation, Cisco Systems, InfoGear Technology Corp., Sun Microsystems Inc., and Network Equipment Technologies (N.E.T.). He also has prior sales and marketing experience at IBM and ROLM. Prior to entering the high-technology field, Tsu worked for both the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company.

Tsu earned a Bachelor degree from Princeton University and a MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
