All-Clear™ Receives EPA Conditional Registration

CARSON CITY, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2006 -- US Global Nanospace, Inc. (OTCBB: USGA) today announced that on November 2, 2006 the Company received confirmation and documentation via facsimile from Kidde Fire Fighting, Inc. ("Kidde") that All-Clear™ foam has been conditionally registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Pesticides Programs Antimicrobials Division ("EPA"), under registration number 82932-1.

US Global Nanospace is seeking clarification from Kidde regarding further registration or approvals for other uses of All-Clear™, and will provide additional information as it becomes available. This conditional EPA registration does not imply any current or future revenues for the Company.
