--  Recruiter Community Basic Course Certification Program (RCBC) -- The
    RCBC program, rolled out today, ensures that the AlliedBarton's community
    of dedicated recruiters are trained and certified in basic recruiting
    processes, compliance and the company's state-of-the-art recruitment
    technology tools.  All existing recruitment personnel and new recruiters
    are required to be certified as a RCBC-sanctioned recruiter to ensure that
    best practices, expertise and contractual requirements are met and that
    AlliedBarton continues to staff all client accounts with leading security
    talent in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
