LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 6, 2010) - Today at CES, Altec Lansing unveiled the first group of products from their new MUZX DNA line of stereo earphones. The "XX," "XY," and "Mesh" snug fit earphones are designed for fashion forward consumers who take their music seriously. Geared for music and multimedia, the new MUZX DNA line offers outstanding sound at the $19.95 price point, as well as new designs for ultimate comfort.

Fashion Headphones: Features and Pricing

The MUZX Mesh (MSRP $19.95) offers a streamlined profile especially for heavy music listeners who wear their earphones constantly. The MUZX XX (MSRP $19.95) combines a more feminine look with soft colors and a low profile fit. For more active lifestyles, the MUZX XY (MSRP $19.95) combines a neckband wearing style with the acoustic quality of in-ear tips. XY sports an innovative ball joint on one ear connected to a behind the head second ear piece, offering full motion freedom. All models are designed around 9mm drivers for full-range balanced sound. They include a selection of in-ear, snug fit tips for ultimate comfort. Ample cable length and intuitive designs allow consumers to quickly plug into their favorite tunes or multimedia on the go.
