Alternet Systems, Inc. Kicks Off 2010 at NewMarket Greenfield Summit in Dallas to Plan Channel Partner Strategy in Asia, South America and Africa


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - January 7, 2010) - Alternet Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: ALYI) today announced Chief Executive Officer Henryk Dabrowski is in Dallas this week to participate in the NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) Greenfield Partner Summit. The Greenfield Program is an integral component of Alternet's plan for rapid growth. Alternet is currently focused on the high growth mobile commerce industry, to include e-ticketing and utilities applications. Also at the Summit in Dallas are the Chief Executive Officers of NuMobile, Inc., China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. and Worldwide Strategies, Inc. The Greenfield program has initiatives underway in China and Southeast Asia in addition to South America and Africa. The Chief Executive Officers are reviewing progress in 2009 and making plans for 2010.
