AmeraMex International Inks $4 Million Container Handler Order

CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - November 2, 2007) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to stevedoring, construction, logging and mining companies, announced today that it has received a $4.0 million order for loaded container handlers from a large worldwide container transportation and logistics service provider. Shipment of the container handlers will take place in 2008.

The container handlers are unique in their ability to stack loaded containers up to six high, which will save significant dock space and improve efficiency in the loading and offloading of containers of imported and exported goods.

"While the stevedoring industry is expanding its fleets to accommodate the growth of imports into the U.S., companies within the industry are also methodically replacing equipment utilizing engines equal to or greater than 100 HP," states AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre. "The EPA Tier III emissions requirement for this equipment coupled with the continued growth within the industry presents significant opportunities for AmeraMex."

Container handlers are used for the loading and unloading of containerized goods onto and off of ships. AmeraMex supplies ergonomically designed loaded container handlers with minimum effort pilot controls and decreased noise level. The handlers provide the stevedores with heavy load handling and a rugged, high-strength, all-weld chassis and frame. Each handler arrives with full support data and a 12-month or 2,000 hours warranty.
