AmeraMex On Target With Revenue Projections

Potential Order Pipeline Moving Into 2008 Is Already Approximately $24 Million

CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - October 29, 2007) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to construction, stevedoring, logging and mining companies, announced today that it expects to report revenues of approximately $13 million for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007.

"During the past nine months management has focused on expanding its penetration within the stevedoring industry, which has provided a large percentage of our revenue growth," said AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre. "As we have some long delivery cycles on various models of our equipment, we are currently meeting with our customers to assess their needs for the next 12 months for both new and replacement equipment. Our potential pipeline, moving into 2008, stands at approximately $25 million. This figure does not take into consideration the lease of our equipment for infrastructure construction projects, our maintenance programs, or the sale of our refurbished equipment," added Hamre.

Currently there are more than two billion tons of foreign and domestic goods moving through U.S. ports. To move these containers quickly and efficiently, stevedoring companies are expanding their fleet of container handlers and break-bulk material handlers at ports up and down the West Coast of the United States, as well as large international ports. In addition to the demand for additional equipment, the stevedoring industry has been charged by the Environmental Protection Agency to bring its fleet of equipment with 100 HP engines and greater to Tier III emission standards by 2012. AmeraMex ships only Tier III EPA compliant equipment within the U.S.
