Amergence Group Division, PanPacific International, Nears Completion of a Unique Joint Venture With Legendary Hong Kong Disc Jockey and Concert Producer

PHOENIX, AZ and HONK KONG--(Marketwire - April 28, 2010) -  As part of the Company's planned expansion into Hong Kong and other parts of Asia, Amergence Group (PINKSHEETS: AMNG) (www.amergencegroup.com) announced today that its Hong Kong office is open for business and nearing the finalization of the joint venture it is negotiating with a legendary local disc jockey and concert producer.

Hong Kong residents, who grew up in the 50s, 60s, and 70s during a time when the city was still under British control, were captivated by rock and roll music from the West. Those very same folks who loved Western music "back in the day" are now the city's decision-makers who have incredible purchasing power in the Hong Kong area. "It is these folks that are our Company's target demographic who yearn, once again, to see and hear their favorite artists once more," says the division's Hong Kong-based chief executive Jack Martin.

Upon the completion of this important joint venture, The Amergence Group's division, PanPacific International, expects to have the contacts and capability to present these famous musicians, singers, and vocal groups to the Hong Kong public once more.

Amergence president, Peter Jacobs, once a successful West Coast concert producer, believes that the Company will also develop a positive reputation with Hong Kong residents and become known in Asia for its ability to deliver top drawer entertainment. "I expect that these concerts will attract a corporate following for Amergence in Hong Kong, thus complementing the growing interest in our company that we've experienced here in the US," says Jacobs.

Amergence also plans to capitalize on its Hong Kong presence by marketing its proprietary optical media technology developed by the Company over the last 10 years, some of which is planned for use in the concert environment.
