AmeriChip International Inc. Appoints Daniel T. Green Director of Systems and Integration

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--(Marketwire - October 4, 2007) - AmeriChip International, Inc. (OTCBB: ACII), announced today that Daniel T. Green has been appointed Director of Systems and Integration, effective immediately.

"The extensive background and experience that Dan brings to our management team is part of the ongoing process in building our senior level staff. Dan's main responsibility will be to head up the research and development of manufacturing automation and integration," stated Edward Rutkowski, Chief Technical-Executive Director of Engineering.

"Designing systems to integrate our LACC technology into existing equipment whether on our floor or that of our customers is an exciting challenge as we expand our sales to major automakers and Tier One suppliers. The goal is to streamline the application of the LACC process in the existing manufacturing environment," said Dan Green. In addition, Mr. Green has assumed an active role in assisting Marc Walther in AmeriChip Pipe Technologies in the oil pipe projects.

Mr. Green, native of Michigan, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Business from Lourdes College, attended an Executive MBA from Bowling Green State University, Electrical Engineering/CAD from Monroe County Community College, as well as several other diplomas in the field of project management, Architectural Engineering and Electronics.

His career path has included sales/application, engineering, sales management and automotive technician. Prior to joining AmeriChip's management team, he owned and operated Designers Edge, Inc. a sales focused consulting firm with revenues of $3.5 million. The main area of focus for his company was project management, construction and fabrication. Mr. Green's achievements include business growth from conception to multi-million dollar sales revenues, installation and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems and instituted coordinated sales systems. Mr. Green holds a US Patent for Dissociating Materials awarded in 1999.
