AmeriChip International Inc. Ranked by Crain's Detroit Business

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--(Marketwire - January 7, 2008) - AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) has been ranked by Crain's Detroit Business as 72nd in a list of all publicly held companies operating in the state of Michigan based on their respective 2006 revenues.

"Due to the purchase of KSI Machine and Engineering, which enabled AmeriChip to become a Tier One supplier for many of the companies listed in the Crain's Book of Lists and as a result of the great successes that we have had in receiving orders in 2007, I anticipate that AmeriChip will be ranked even higher for 2007," said Marc Walther, President and CEO.

"AmeriChip, in my view, is truly a great Michigan story that began as an idea on a napkin just six years ago, and is now a publicly traded company with significant sales and assets, a loyal and dedicated work force and an experienced management team," said Edward Rutkowski, Chief Technology Officer and investor of the Laser Assisted Chip Control Process (LACC).

Mr. Rutkowski further stated, "With additional patent developments that have been made in 2007, AmeriChip, in my opinion, will continue to lead in metal removal technology that parallels the American spirit of competition worldwide."

ACII enables lower cost, higher quality clean manufacturing by using environmentally friendly, patented technologies, trade secrets and other intellectual property that significantly lowers manufacturing costs.

The company's mission is to dominate the worldwide dry machining parts market, particularly the multi-billion dollar metal turning segment for machining steel parts in industries such as Oil Pipe, Military, Heavy Equipment, Large Truck, Wind Energy, Farm Implement, and Automotive.
