American Dental Partners Announces Affiliation With Valley Dental Group

WAKEFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - May 29, 2007) - American Dental Partners, Inc., (NASDAQ: ADPI) announced today that the Company completed an affiliation with Valley Dental Group ("Valley Dental"). The Company acquired certain non-clinical assets and entered into a 40-year service agreement with the dental group.

Founded in 1974, Valley Dental is a multi-specialty dental group with eight dentists located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Valley Dental generates approximately $5 million in patient revenue annually and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care ("AAAHC").
