American Express Incentive Services Promotes Dan Easley to Vice President, Operations and Program Management

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - October 22, 2008) - American Express Incentive Services (AEIS), an incentive industry leader, has announced the promotion of Dan Easley to the position of vice president, operations and program management. Over the past two years, Easley has guided AEIS' production and operations teams through significant structure and quality improvements. In his new role, Easley will use collaborative leadership and an in-depth approach to solving business challenges to lead AEIS' process enhancement initiative and identify opportunities for improved client services.

Easley joined AEIS in 2006 after nearly 20 years in manufacturing operations, where he empowered teams to streamline processes, increase quality, and reduce costs. As plant manager for Federal Mogul, Easley's work to convert plant technology and identify new business opportunities resulted in the company securing a $20 million contract with Ford Motor Company.
