American TonerServ Executives Address International Imaging Technology Council Chapter Gatherings

SANTA ROSA, CA--(Marketwire - October 14, 2008) - American TonerServ Corp. (OTCBB: ASVP) ("ATS"), a strategic consolidator in the more than $6.0 billion highly fragmented printer supplies and services industry and a leading recycler of toner cartridges, announced that senior executives have made or will make presentations to chapters of the International Imaging Technology Council (IITC) in October and November.

On October 11, Mike Ducey, Senior Vice President of ATS, presented "How to Develop and Execute Sales and Business Growth Strategies" at the Great Lakes Chapter meeting in Wheeling, Illinois.

On November 8, Andrew Beaurline, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy of ATS, will address the Upper Midwest Chapter in Bloomington, Minnesota, on "The Process of Acquiring Companies."

Dan Brinker, Chief Executive Officer of ATS, said, "We believe it is imperative for our executives to represent American TonerServ in gatherings like the IITC chapter meetings to get to know the entrepreneurs who may enable us to continue to grow ATS around the country. The participants are people who have built successful businesses and may be looking for the next opportunity to leverage their local relationships and knowledge to achieve greater scale and reach. American TonerServ's strategic focus is to find and partner with the best of these operators."

Mr. Beaurline will share insights into the economic reasons for the consolidation that is currently taking place in the business-to-business distribution segment of the printer supplies and service market and the benefits offered by a large-scale, national brand like American TonerServ. Recently, Rob Cowman, a consultant to the ATS Corporate Development Team, made a similar presentation to the Southwest Chapter Meeting of the IITC in San Antonio, Texas.
