America's Suppliers Announces a Major Reorganization

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - January 26, 2010) - America's Suppliers, Inc. (OTCBB: AASL) (formerly Insignia Solutions, Inc.), a leading Internet supplier of general merchandise to small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations, today made four important announcements:

1. It redomiciled from being a UK company to becoming a US company.

2. It started trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol AASL (it was trading as "INSGY" on the Pink Sheets prior to redomicile).

3. It completed its name change from Insignia Solutions, Inc. to America's Suppliers, Inc.

4. It announced a new initiative to expand its business to sell to consumers (previously it sold only at wholesale).

"We are highly optimistic that our new consumer initiative will expand our business dramatically," Peter Engel, the Company's CEO, explained. "Our wholesale business has been expanding steadily," he added. "This new initiative should move that growth into high gear."

"We are pleased to be trading on the Bulletin Board," said Michael Moore, CFO. "We expect that the active trading of our stock will now provide shareholders with increased liquidity, as well as allowing new investors to acquire an equity interest in our company."

"Today's announcement represents a key milestone in the progression of our company," added Marc Joseph, COO. "We expect great progress to be made during the year 2010."
