Angel Eyes Publishing Company Is Giving Away More Than $10,000 to Single Parents

Give Away Serves as Stimulus Plan for Single Parents

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - November 18, 2009) - More than 18 million families are reported in the child support program with over $20 billion being collected annually. Many families are adversely affected by the economy and the high unemployment rate and child support payments are often times neglected. Recently, Dawnette Lounds, founder and owner of Angel Eyes Publishing Corporation and author of The Face of Child Support -- a guide for custodial and non-custodial parents who wish to create a stable environment for their children, announced her plans to underwrite a $12,250 stimulus plan for deserving parents who are working jointly, but living apart, to raise their children. Entries may be purchased for $25 at www.angeleyespublishingco.com through December 31, 2009. Winners will be selected on January 7, 2010.

"August was Child Support Awareness Month," said Lounds, the single mother of two young sons, "and I wanted to do something to bring this important issue to the forefront. Single parents that are working hard to make it through this economy for their children should be rewarded for their efforts. There are many families impacted by noncustodial parents failing to uphold their responsibilities."

The 2009 Face of Child Support Raffle is to build awareness about the child support system and the process. Each person entering the drawing will receive an autographed copy of "The Face of Child Support." All raffle proceeds will support the programs, activities and events sponsored by PRO Youth, Inc. a non-profit youth organization for children from single parent homes.

Lounds during her own personal child support battle spent over four years in her pursuit to finally establish a support order and for the support order to be enforced. She became involved in the process by researching and working closely with the prosecutor in her case. She discovered that since 1975, the amount owed in uncollected child support is over $100 billion. Lounds has coached and consulted many custodial and noncustodial parents in their child support pursuit. Lounds has created, The Face of Child Support Workshop & Family Building Activities, which empowers, educates, informs, and, encourages families involved in child support cases.
