Antigua Beckons For Fitness First Expert

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2010) - Yoga and pilates expert Mila Lazar is set to showcase her teaching expertise in Antigua after the Fitness First studio and events manager won a competition to teach at Rex Resorts.

Mila beat off competition from Fitness First experts from around the country with her inspiring and upbeat audition to win the chance to teach in Antigua – and enjoy the Halcyon Cove resort on the trip.

With a background in dance, performing with the likes of Chris Brown and Chaka Khan, Mila said she was thrilled when she discovered she had won the competition. "I am so excited about this opportunity and can't wait; I have never been to Antigua before," she said.

The 33-year-old has been working for Fitness First for six years and is the studio and events manager at the Covent Garden club. She is also one of the features trainers on NewU Fitness First Yoga & Pilates for the Wii.

"I've worked in a few Fitness First gyms around the country, but Covent Garden is my favourite, you meet different people every day. It's great being able to help people with their self-esteem and brighten up their day, so do to do this in another country will be fantastic and I've got Fitness First to thank."
