Anything Green Online Issues Update for the Previously Announced Stock Distribution

TUCSON, AZ and OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwire - March 30, 2010) -  Anything Brands Online, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ANYT) -- Anything Green Online, Inc. announced today that as stated, ANYT shareholders of record as of March 31, 2010 have an opportunity to become shareholders in the new Anything Green Online, Inc.

The distribution will be based upon the following criteria; Shareholders holding a minimum of 50,000 shares of ANYT in a specific account will receive one (1) share of AGO for every five (5) shares of ANYT. Shareholders having a minimum of 300,000 shares of ANYT in a specific account shall receive of one (1) share of AGO for two (2) shares of ANYT. The distribution of AGO shares will be processed by April 15, 2010 or as soon thereafter as possible. A reminder is that the distribution is based solely upon shares qualifying on a single account basis. Multiple accounts cannot be added to qualify for this program.
