Hole ZFDDH10-28 was a 100m stepout northeast of previously reported drill hole ZFRC10-36 (60m @ 0.70% Cu). The results obtained in this hole show that high-grade copper mineralization extends further east than previously recognized and leaves the chalcocite enrichment blanket.

Hole ZFDDH10-23 was drilled 100 metres east of previously reported hole ZFDDH10-8 (177m @ 0.74% Cu).

Hole ZFDDH10-25 was drilled 100 metres east of previously reported hole ZFRC10-44 (97m @ 0.78% Cu).

Hole ZFDDH10-26 was drilled southwards from the same drilling pad as previously reported ZFDDH10-22 (107m @ 1.09% Cu). Hole ZFDDH10-27 was drilled northwards from the same drilling pad as previously reported ZFDDH10-18 (380m @ 0.62% Cu).

Holes ZFDDH10-31 and ZFDDH10-35 were drilled southwards and northwards respectively from the same pad located 80 metres north of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-20 (85.5m @ 1.23% Cu) and shows that the Zafranal Main Zone remains open in all directions at its western extension.

Hole ZFRC10-64 was drilled approximately 80m north east of previously reported ZFRC10-37 (100m @ 0.57% Cu) and shows that the mineralization remains open to the north in this section.

Drilling through March has focused on a 2km long segment of the 3.5+km east—west trending intensely mineralized Main Zone, one of six porphyry copper-gold targets within the Zafranal project. The Company continues an aggressive drill program at Zafranal with the plan to drill 40,000 metres that will include grid drilling the Main Zone, testing of the east and west extensions of the Main Zone, deep drilling on the Main Zone, and testing several of the satellite targets during 2010.

KoriTambo can acquire an initial 51% interest in the Zafranal copper-gold porphyry project from Teck Cominco Peru S.A. ("Teck"), subject to Teck's right to earn-back to a 60% interest. The agreement also provides options for KoriTambo to increase its interest to 60% and to 100% if Teck does not exercise its earn-back right.

The Company has established a rigorous QA/QC program at Zafranal which includes the insertion of blanks, duplicates and certified standards into the sample stream. Core is photographed on site and subsequently sawed in half, with one half sent for analysis and the other half stored for future reference and assay verification. RC chips are split twice on site using a riffle splitter, with 25% of the sample being sent to the laboratory for assay and the rest stored for future verification purposes. All Zafranal samples are shipped to ALS Chemex's sample preparation facility in the city of Arequipa, where they are crushed and pulverized. Prepared samples are shipped to ALS Chemex's certified laboratory in Lima where they are analysed for gold, copper and multi-element ICP.

Dr. Tom Henricksen, consultant geologist of the Company and Chief Geologist for Minera KoriTambo, the Company's Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101, has approved the information contained in this news release.
