Appulse Corporation: Reporting Results for the First Quarter of 2006

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - May 19, 2006) - Appulse Corporation ("Appulse") (TSX VENTURE:APL) today reported a net income of $26,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2006 with revenues of $1,427,000, compared to a net income of $17,000 and revenues of $ 1,264,000 for the same three-month period of the previous year. While margins related to specific machine sales were lower than expected with the development of new industry applications, activities are now very strong in all sectors.

Appulse recently announced a proposed private placement of common shares, offering up to 2,500,000 shares at $.20 per share for proceeds of up to $500,000. Proceeds will support recent initiatives including the planned purchase of a local precision machine shop; the expansion of the Company's Ontario division; and expansion in the area of service and support of oilfield centrifuge units in Alberta.
