Aquacell Water Announces Financial Statement Audit Continuation

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - Aquacell Water, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQWT), a manufacturer of water treatment products with a focus on arsenic removal, announced today that it is currently underway with the audits of its financial statements for the years ended June 30, 2006 and 2007 with its recently retained independent registered public accounting firm of KMJ/Corbin & Company.

Kevin Spence, President and Chief Financial Officer of Aquacell Water, said, "While we diligently continue with the audit process and expected the process to be completed by this date, the previously announced acquisition of McPhee Environmental, a private company, has delayed the completion.
