Aquacell Water's Exclusive Distribution Agreement for MetSorb™ Arsenic Removal Media Is Expanded

Graver Technologies Grants Aquacell Water Exclusive Distribution Rights to Former Soviet Union Republics for MetSorb Arsenic Removal Media; Aquacell Appoints Jermuk CJSC Mayr Gortsaran as Exclusive Agent for MetSorb Sales in Former Soviet Union Republics

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - Aquacell Water, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQWT) announced today that Graver Technologies has expanded its exclusive agreement with the Company for distribution of MetSorb™ titanium-based arsenic removal media, to include the former Soviet Union republics. Aquacell Water had previously been granted exclusive distribution rights for the United States.

In conjunction with this expansion of its exclusive distribution rights, Aquacell has signed a five-year agreement with Armenian-based Jermuk CJSC Mayr Gortsaran, to act as the exclusive distributor in this region. The countries included are: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Bottled water from the region encompassing the former Soviet Union republics -- particularly Armenia, whose spring water is traditionally highly valued -- has been shown to contain levels of arsenic that exceed more stringent maximum contaminant levels set forth by the US Environmental Protection Agency. The Food and Drug Administration's adoption of levels for bottled water has affected the ability of bottlers to import certain brands of bottled water into the United States. The impact to these bottlers -- as well as to public drinking water suppliers -- will be more significant as more countries begin adopting the stricter arsenic levels.

Kayzak Zetlian, Jermuk's owner, said, "We tested various means for removing the arsenic from our esteemed Jermuk bottled water, and found MetSorb to be optimum. It was critical that we remove the arsenic, without affecting the flavor and other certain properties of the water." Mr. Zetlian continued, "It is a pleasure working with Aquacell Water to bring arsenic treatment solutions to Armenia and other former Soviet Union countries, for both bottling operations and public drinking water systems, as well."

The source of Jermuk water is a protected spring located in Jermuk, Armenia discovered in 189 A.D. The water is naturally carbonated and its rich mineral composition is believed to contain healing properties. The bottling plant produces over sixty million bottles of Jermuk water annually which are exported around the world. Jermuk is the preferred bottled water of the Armenian community in the United States, and is second only to brandy as the Armenian national drink.

Karen Laustsen, Aquacell Water's Chief Operating Officer, said, "Having already shipped an arsenic treatment system to the Jermuk bottling plant, we are pleased to be working with Mr. Zetlian to establish a market for MetSorb titanium-based arsenic removal media in Armenia, Russia and the other ex-USSR republics." Ms. Laustsen continued, "MetSorb is the original and best performing titanium media available, and we are pleased to have a close working relationship with Graver Technologies for its sale and promotion. We will be working closely with both Jermuk and Graver to ensure this new market will be well developed."
