Wireless Industry Veteran Phil Sweatman to Lead Comprehensive Mobile Marketing Technology Firm

Assets include Distributive Networks' award-winning mobile content and delivery platform, subsidiaries Tusk Mobile and Constituent Mobile, its skilled staff, and an established base of blue-chip customers. With these acquisitions, ArX Mobile now offers a complete solution to meet the mobile marketing needs of international consumer brands, mHealth initiatives, political candidates, advocacy and non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions.

ArX Mobile is led by President & CEO Phil Sweatman, an experienced and successful business executive and seasoned veteran of the mobile sector. Sweatman was President & CEO of InphoMatch (later Mobile 365), a global mobile data and content services leader acquired by Sybase for $417 million in 2006. He also served as CEO for Triverity and as CFO for Telogy Networks -- acquired by Texas Instruments for $673 million in 1999, Relay Technology, and MPACT Immedia.
