CHELMSFORD, MA--(Marketwire - November 25, 2008) - Arbor Networks, Inc., a leading provider of secure service control solutions for global business networks, today announced a regional development center in China. With this center, Arbor is able to develop Chinese-specific application-protocol classifications for Chinese peer-to-peer (P2P) and file sharing services such as PPLive, Xunlei and QQ.
