AtHoc to Exhibit at Microsoft Army Symposium 2006

Leader in Network-Based Emergency Notification Systems Will Highlight the Work Completed with Microsoft in the Army and Throughout the Department of Defense

BURLINGAME, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 25, 2006 -- AtHoc, Inc. will be one of Microsoft's key partners and customers attending the Microsoft Army Symposium 2006 in two weeks (February 6-10, 2006) in Redmond, Wa. This premier event will draw together top leadership from the Army and private industry to discuss the progress made in incorporating information technology in support of the Army Warfighter.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, AtHoc will showcase its market-leading notification products for installation protection and Command and Control. AtHoc will demonstrate its proven, enterprise-class alerting software for warning systems, emergency operations centers and critical communications.

AtHoc will highlight its work completed in conjunction with Microsoft throughout the Department of Defense. With numerous joint deployments in the Air Force and Navy, AtHoc and Microsoft have recently successfully deployed the AtHoc installation warning system (AtHoc IWSAlerts™) at Fort Riley in Kansas and are in discussion with other Army facilities and commands.

"We've seen first hand the value the AtHoc IWSAlert product has provided for numerous Air Force bases, and now with the deployment at Fort Riley, it's clear that Army installations also benefit from a network-centric early warning system," said Carol Kerins, Army global sales manager for Microsoft. "Army facilities need immediate and comprehensive alerts delivered to their desktops for force protection, operational readiness and anti-terror warnings. Built and delivered on a Microsoft platform, AtHoc's offering meets this need."

Microsoft's products serve as the foundation for the AtHoc line of alerting products. AtHoc's offerings operate on the Microsoft platform which includes the operating system, server, database and desktop. AtHoc's products also integrate with Microsoft's Live Communications Server (LCS) and Windows Media Server. LCS enables instantaneous alerting to targeted personnel while the media server enables video alerts.

"Army Symposium 2006 is a great opportunity to discuss with Army leadership the military's needs for operational readiness and force protection within installations and facilities. We will present AtHoc's offering and experience in this area," said Guy Miasnik, president and CEO of AtHoc.
