Atlantis System Eduplus Awarded Contract by CAE for CC-130J OTSP Aircrew Courseware Phase II

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 5, 2010) - Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX:AIQ.H), a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial aviation markets, today announced that its division Atlantis Systems Eduplus (ASE), located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, has started work under a contract with CAE Inc. (Montreal) for the development of courseware in support of Aircrew Training for Canada's new CC-130J "Super" Hercules Tactical Airlifter.

CAE was selected as the Operational Training Systems Provider (OTSP) for the CC-130J Aircrew Training Program. In the first phase of the CC-130J OTSP Aircrew Courseware contract, ASE delivered Aircraft Commander, First Officer and Load Master Training Plans. Under this second phase contract, ASE will provide the necessary management, technical expertise and resources to deliver computer-based, instructor-led and mission briefing courseware for OTSP CC-130J First Officer and Load Master training. 

Courseware production will be a collaborative and interactive process between ASE and CAE, and will include use of the Air Force Integrated Information and Learning Environment (AFIILE), and a Collaborative Development Environment hosting a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) along with CAE's tools for desktop simulation, including the CAE Simfinity Virtual Instructor, Virtual Cockpit and the Virtual Simulator (VSIM) suite.
