Atlantis Systems Corp Announces Change of Auditors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 21, 2010) - Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX:AIQ.H) uses its core capabilities in simulation-aided design, engineering and e-learning, combined with various technology tools, to help customers in military aviation, civil aviation and nuclear energy ensure the feasibility, capability, and effective utilization of their complex assets.

Atlantis is pleased to announce that effective immediately, it's Board of Directors, on recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed Myers Norris Penny LLP as the Company's new independent auditors, replacing the firm Deloitte & Touche LLP, ("Deloitte"). The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Deloitte on any matter of accounting principals or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. Deloitte has tendered their resignation to Atlantis.

The Company confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in the National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending. The Company has filed the required Notice of Change of Auditor reporting package in accordance with National Instrument 51-102.

Commenting on the change, Chairman of the Board, Mark Rivers said, "During 2009 the Company has been significantly restructured with every area of cost coming under scrutiny, including professional fees for audit, accountancy and taxation services."
