Atlantis Technology Group Board of Directors Issues a Statement Concerning the Global Online Television Corporation's Dividend

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - December 3, 2009) - Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) Board of Directors has issued this statement concerning the Global Online Television Corporation dividend. Due to the abundance of shareholder questions the Board of Directors feels it is necessary to clarify the dividend issuance.

The Global Online Television Corporation is a privately held subsidiary of Atlantis Technology Group, therefore the shares will not be free tradable. Atlantis Technology Group will retain ownership of Global Online Television Corporation.

The dividend shares will grant the shareholder payable quarterly dividends from Global Online Television Corporation's quarterly profits.

Additional dividends of Global Online Television Corporation's shares are being considered and will be discussed during the next Board of Directors meeting.
