PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwire - October 23, 2007) - Atlas Energy Resources, LLC (NYSE: ATN) reported today that it has declared its record quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter 2007 of $0.55 per common unit. This $0.55 per common unit distribution is payable Wednesday, November 14, 2007 to holders of record as of Wednesday, November 7, 2007.
