Attenex® Names Elizabeth Morgan as New Vice President of Services and Support

Former Bocada, PeopleSoft Executive to Expand Support Programs for Customers and Partners

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- Attenex Corp., a leading provider of e-discovery software for corporations, law firms and legal service providers, today announced the addition of Elizabeth Morgan to its executive team. With more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Morgan will serve as the company's vice president of services and support, responsible for expanding the programs and offerings available to the company's customers and network of partners.

The Attenex® Patterns® E-Discovery Software, when combined with services from the company's large international network of experienced legal industry service providers, provides an end-to-end e-discovery solution that reduces the cost, risk and complexity of managing litigation, investigation and regulatory response projects. In her new role, Morgan will focus on enhancing the overall customer and partner experience and utilize her extensive experience in consulting, sales and product management with companies such as PeopleSoft, Marcam and McCormack and Dodge.
