AudienceScience Further Expands Into Asia With the Opening of Its Latest Office in Tokyo and Addition of Experienced Recruitments

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 24, 2010) -  AudienceScience, a targeting technology company driving digital marketing success, announces it has now opened an office in Tokyo to enhance their service of the fast growing Japanese market. AudienceScience is already working with leading organizations in market and has now appointed a team of sales and client service employees to help develop the market further.

The office, based in Shibuya, will be the operating center for AudienceScience's aggressive expansion efforts in Asia and follows on from the recruitment of Xiaoming Shao in April to be AudienceScience's first Managing Director for Asia Pacific. It also comes after the business's acquisition of Europe-based wunderloop, solidifying AudienceScience as the worldwide market leader in audience targeting technology.

With the opening of the office, AudienceScience has recruited Yoichi Tanaka as Sales Director who is tasked with driving the growth of the adoption of The Audience Gateway™, its market leading Audience Targeting Platform. Coming from Omniture, where he was responsible for selling optimization solutions to strategic clients and prospects, Yoichi has 10 years online sales experience. He has also worked for DoubleClick Japan, selling its online ad-serving solutions and managing its direct sales team.

Yugo Asato has also been appointed as Senior Account Manager with responsibility for the training and management of all key Japanese clients. Yugo had previously worked for Right Media in its Tokyo office, where he was responsible for sales, deployment, account management and technical support. Prior to Right Media Yugo worked for Overture Japan, helping clients improve the effectiveness of their campaigns through performance analysis and optimization.
