Autotask to Host Annual Community Live Conference

No. 1 Cloud PSA Platform Offers Groundbreaking Opportunity to Gain Product Expertise, Learn Best Practices and Interact With More Than 600 Autotask Customers and Partners

EAST GREENBUSH, NY--(Marketwire - January 18, 2010) - Autotask Corporation is pleased to announce "Autotask Community Live 2010," an interactive face-to-face conference to be held in Miami, FL on April 18th - 20th. This exclusive event offers Autotask customers a powerful mix of keynote speeches, case studies and rich content from industry leaders across the IT ecosystem.

Autotask Community Live 2010 promises to raise the bar for IT Service events, providing a high energy lineup of general and break-out sessions. Program content is being developed by Autotask experts, the platform's best integration partners supported by the media, and other influencers within the Managed and IT Services channel. Autotask CEO, Bob Godgart, promises an exceptional event, "This conference isn't just about Autotask," he said. "It's about providing customers with key knowledge and relationships that will help grow their entire IT business and make the most out of their investment in Managed Services."

This year features a new roundtable and peer group track covering topics on cloud computing, use of peer groups and Corelytics benchmarking. The popular Autotask user-led "How I Did It" track will now feature case studies and specific tips on building a Managed Services practice, managing contractors and making money using Autotask's unique Taskfire® co-managed service desk. Plus, experts on human resources, sales management and distribution will deliver break-out sessions on everything from hiring to buying from a distributor.

A new addition to the conference this year is the Autotask Accelerator Boot Camp. Autotask is offering a special pre-event boot camp specifically designed to help attendees accelerate the usage of their Autotask IT business management platform. Whether customers are new to Autotask or want to take advantage of more specific product features, this unique training session is guaranteed to increase business productivity at every level.

"To ensure maximum value for our customers, we will assign an Autotask expert to work one-on-one with each attendee and complete a full assessment of their current use of Autotask," says Len DiCostanzo, senior vice president of Professional Services and Dean of The Autotask Academy, which has developed the educational content for the event. "This program will not only help our customers understand ways they can improve productivity within their business, it will identify additional areas of Autotask that may be beneficial to drive growth." The Autotask Accelerator Boot Camp advanced training class will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 18th at an additional cost.

"Autotask is an extremely community focused company," said Karl Palachuk of "It is really clear that these folks are reaping the benefits of building a community of experts who communicate right inside Autotask to share ideas, learn from one another and partner to expand their business capabilities. And, once a year, when this community comes alive to meet face-to-face, the impact it has on the individual business leaders is remarkable."

Registration is now open for Autotask Community Live 2010. Early registrants who want to save money can qualify for a $200 Early Bird discount by signing up before Jan. 31, 2010. "We expect the event to sell-out, so it's important to get registered early," continues Godgart.
