Awareness Adds Support for Facebook Places

The Awareness Social Marketing Hub Now Includes Channel Support for Facebook Places, Allowing Enterprise Marketers to Easily Publish, Manage, Measure, and Engage Around Content on Multiple Facebook Places

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - August 26, 2010) - Awareness, Inc., provider of enterprise-grade, on-demand social marketing management software, today announced they have added support for the new, recently announced Facebook Places to the Awareness Social Marketing Hub, allowing marketers to engage with Facebook's more than 500 million active members from within the Hub.

This news comes shortly after Awareness added support for foursquare to the Social Marketing Hub, allowing marketers to publish Tips to multiple venues. Like with foursquare, enterprise marketers can now add their Facebook Places to the Hub and publish out content to one or multiple places in one step.

The Hub also delivers comprehensive reports that track the effectiveness of content published to Facebook Places, so marketers can easily see how their social marketing messages are being consumed, shared, commented on, and liked. And, with the Hub's Engage module, marketers can centralize all comments and discussions around that content to track and respond directly from within the Hub.
