BFC Financial Corporation to Host Investor Luncheon Meeting in Chicago, Illinois

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) - BFC Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BFCF) announced today it plans to host an investor luncheon meeting in Chicago. Phil Bakes, President of Snapper Creek Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of BFC Financial Corporation ("BFC"), will give a corporate presentation to investors, followed by a question and answer session.

BFC, the Florida-based holding company that invests in and acquires diverse operating businesses, plans to host its investor luncheon meeting on Monday, April 19, 2010, from Noon to approximately 1:15 p.m. at The "W" Hotel, located at 172 West Adams Street, Chicago, Illinois.
