The company released yesterday, second quarter results ended June 30, 2005, which included a 346% revenue increase from the previous year. Depomed announced today that they have entered into a license agreement with Esprit Pharmaceuticals for Proquin. The company announced record revenue for the second quarter of 2005, as sales of neuromodulation products increased 26.1% compared to the second quarter of 2004 and 21.4% sequentially. Digital River today reported revenue of $51.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005, a 47% increase from last year and a net income of $10.2 million, or $0.26 per share on a diluted basis.
