Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Releases 3rd Quarter Results

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) today announced earnings for the fiscal third quarter ended September 30, 2006. The Company reported net revenue of $11,629,328 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. The Company also reported profits for the third quarter of $318,085 or $.02 per share. The Company's financial statements can be accessed on the Company's website, www.badtoys.net, or on the Securities and Exchange Commission's website, www.sec.gov.

Larry N. Lunan, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The Company had lower than expected earnings this quarter which were the result of three primary factors. The Company's Southland division experienced lower than projected volume in its 911 emergency calls and higher direct transport cost. The higher direct costs were primarily associated with fuel and wages. The increases in wages were generally associated with increased overtime and slower than expected ramp up times in several of our new contract areas. The earnings were also impacted by increased legal cost associated with the defense of certain acquired lawsuits and the filing of the S-1 for our Southland division." As to the S-1, Mr. Lunan noted, "We have received our second round of comments from the SEC and are working to have our replies completed as expeditiously as possible."
