BaySys Receives Boeing Approval

ACCOMAC, VA--(Marketwire - January 25, 2010) - BaySys International, LLC Founder and CEO Steve Walton announced to employees that BaySys Technologies, LLC (BaySys) executed an agreement with The Boeing Company that licenses BaySys as a Boeing VIP Airplane and Boeing Business Jet Completion Center (BBJ/VIP CC). Included in the agreement are the currently manufactured aircraft, 737, 747-400, 767 and 777 all as well as all model 757s. In addition to the foregoing existing fleet of Boeing aircraft, the agreement will also include the 747-8 and the 787, the newest editions to the Boeing fleet. This latest agreement expands the previous agreement between Boeing and BaySys which established BaySys as a Boeing certified MRO.

Steve Walton also said that this accomplishment is perfectly timed as BaySys' near term resources and capacity provide prospective clients with a Boeing Licensed Completion Center at a time when immediate completion center options are limited. Bill Hubbard VP Sales said, "We are poised to assist clients with design concepts that lead to engineering and certification solutions that will satisfy all client objectives and which will lead to timely Airworthiness Authority acceptance." BaySys has the knowledge, background and over 10 years of engineering, certification and program management experience to accomplish a wide range of VIP aircraft interior completions. This Boeing agreement recognizes and acknowledges the BaySys transition from an aerospace engineering services provider to a full service VIP and Head-of-State wide-body completion center. The Boeing license is based on individual company resources and the solid VIP aircraft industry background of BaySys.
