Beach Business Bank Welcomes Director Rob Lietzow

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - September 23, 2008) - Beach Business Bank (OTCBB: BBBC) (the "Bank"), today announced the appointment of Robert Lietzow as its newest Director. Mr. Lietzow is the CEO of Lakeway Capital Partners L.L.C., an investment adviser in the South Bay.

A prominent member of the Los Angeles and South Bay business community, Mr. Lietzow was approved today by a vote of the shareholders at the Bank's Annual Meeting. Mr. Lietzow lives in Manhattan Beach, where the Bank is headquartered. He has been a very strong sponsor of the Bank in its marketing efforts in the local community. His wisdom and experience will add a valuable dimension to the Board.
