(TSX VENTURE:BRL)(FRANKFURT:5BQ) announces that, as a result of the constraints imposed on the mining industry by the current economic downturn, Christian de Saint-Rome has resigned as a director and as President and CEO of the company, and Emilien Seguin has resigned as a director. Jock Ross, the company's former President and CEO, has re-assumed those roles, and the company has re-located its office to Vancouver.
