Best-Selling Author Malcolm Gladwell to Keynote Fifth Annual Kenexa World Conference

Based on his book "Outliers: The Story of Success," Gladwell's keynote presentation will explore the importance of both the individual and the environment in explaining extraordinary success. Gladwell has been a staff writer with The New Yorker magazine since 1996. He also is the author of three other books, all of which were New York Times best sellers.
