SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - November 23, 2009) - McGuire Real Estate, a San

announced the appointment of Bill Moisson as sales associate in its Bluxome
office at 17 Bluxome Street.
Moisson joins McGuire from Keller Williams, where he chaired the Finance
Committee of the Keller Williams' ALC (Agent Leadership Council), and was
actively involved in helping to train and mentor the newer agents. He was
the firm's #1 Top-Producing Agent for 2008.
Before choosing San Francisco as his permanent home, Bill traveled the
world as a professional architect for 20 years, designing top-of-the-line
residential and resort communities in over a dozen countries. Most of his
clients were savvy property developers, so every project had to meet the
test of marketability to the buying public. As a Realtor, Bill applies all
of the marketing knowledge that he gained through these successful property
developments, and provides his buyer and seller clients with the same
client-oriented focus, organizational skills, and professionalism that were
the hallmark of his architectural career. He is a past professional member
of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and has served two terms on
the board of directors of the American Society of Interior Designers
(ASID).
A longtime resident of North Beach, Bill served multiple terms on the board
of directors at Villa North Beach condominium. Bill currently resides in
St. Francis Wood. In his spare time, Bill build houses with Habitat for
Humanity, creating home ownership opportunities for people from all walks
of life.
