Bio-Clean Inc. Creates New Subsidiary, eClean Acquisitions Corporation

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - April 15, 2010) -  Bio-Clean Inc. (OTCBB: BOCL) (www.boclbioclean.com) is pleased to announce the formation of eClean Acquisitions Corporation, a Nevada corporation, as a new subsidiary headed by the Company's Director E. G. Marchi, for the purpose of negotiating joint ventures and acquisitions for the benefit of the Company's stockholders. In a statement by Mr. Marchi, he pointed out, "This new entity vastly facilitates and expands the Company's capability to quickly negotiate Letters of Intent and create profitable relationships under Memorandums of Understanding with enterprises that fit into the Company's business model, without committing or having to draw upon the Company's resources to support them during the evaluation phase, while keeping our options open as to whether to terminate, continue or modify the terms of the ultimate acquisition."

Darrin Holman, President of Bio-Clean, Inc., also said, "The Company at this time is in the process of filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K, and will include its creation of eClean Acquisitions Corporation as a subsequent event, with no impact on our consolidated financial statements at this time. eClean Acquisitions will put our Company in a better position and more aware of companies that are environmentally friendly, with no hazard waste, that may want to be acquired and that fit our business model."
