Black Art Beer Announces Shelf Placement With Kroger

Beginning Stage of Access to National Markets

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - November 24, 2009) - Black Art Beverage, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLVI) announced today that it has received UPC and price approval from The Kroger Company (Kroger) and is awaiting entry into the Kroger system to place beer on the shelves of Kroger's supermarkets in the Kroger Marketing Area (KMA) for Indianapolis-Central.

We are very happy working with Kroger and look forward to many years of success with them," said Mike Coffman, COO for Black Art Beer Importers.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kroger spans many states with store formats that include grocery, multi-department stores, and convenience stores.
