THE GOLD DUST BULK SAMPLING PROGRAM

In the autumn of 2006 the Company received permission to extract, by open cut methods, and to process up to 9100 tonnes of ore from the Gold Dust Zone of its Wekusko Lake Gold Property near Snow Lake, Manitoba. Since then the Company has mobilized heavy equipment onto the property, constructed a 16-man operations camp, stripped cover and overburden from the targeted zone and mapped and sampled the Gold Dust vein preparatory to blasting and stockpiling. Initial blasting of waste rock has begun and blast holes for the first level of ore are nearing completion. The channel samples have located the gold-bearing portions of the veins and the assays from the blast holes will be used for grade control. Selective stockpiling of vein material will begin next week.

The purpose of the Program is to characterize the geological and metallurgical nature of the upper portion of the Gold Dust ore shoots to gain important information for the possible full scale exploitation of the deeper Gold Dust Zone and other known zones on the property including the Ferro and McCafferty. The bulk sample program will investigate and stockpile vein material from areas defined by the following drill holes completed by the Company during winter campaigns in 2005 and 2006 and by previous operators.

The Company has made capital investments in operating equipment exceeding $2 million (Cdn) including the purchase of a 10 tonne per hour gold recovery plant from Gekko Systems Pty Ltd of Ballarat, Australia which will be shipped to Canada in early December, 2007 and transported over winter roads to the site in February 2008. After assembly and commissioning, this plant will process the bulk sample stockpiled over the winter during next spring. It is hoped that the proceeds from the sale of gold from the bulk sample will recoup the capital investment and provide cash flow for the ongoing exploration and development of the property.

OTHER BLACK PEARL PROJECTS

TULLY TP GOLD PROPERTY: Timmins, Ontario

The Company is working on an Independent NI 43-101 compliant report on this property including a resource estimate and scoping study level costs for its possible development. This property, located 25 km north of Timmins, has had over 38,000 meters of drilling in 174 holes performed by the Company and previous owners. The geologic setting and gold mineralization, both regionally and locally, is identical to that hosting the Timmins deposits, which in total have produced over 65 million ounces of gold. Significant drill results from Tully TP results include;

FOUR METALS POLYMETALLIC DEPOSIT (Cu-Mo-Ag-Au): Nogales, Arizona

Permitting for a Phase 2 drill program at Four Metals and the newly acquired Italian Canyon claims is in process with a scheduled early 2008 start date. Phase 1 this year at 4 Metals totaled 996 meters of NQ drilling in seven holes. As stated in a previous News Release the program targeted both the flat lying enrichment zone over the primary pipe mineralization (Chalcocite Blanket Zone) and a sub-vertical higher grade chalcopyrite zone enveloping the pipe on its southern margin (Perimeter Zone). Phase 1 was successful in confirming results from historical drilling and expanding the area of known higher grade zones. A Phase 2 drill program is necessary to understand the final dimensions and geometry of the targeted zones.
