HONOLULU, HI--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) - BlueWave Technology, a leading provider of claim management solutions for the property/casualty insurance industry, announced today the promotion of Matt Grover to Product Manager. In this role, Grover will focus on interfacing customer and industry demands with the product roadmap for BlueWave's PipelineClaims, a modern claim management system developed exclusively for the property/casualty insurance market.
As product manager, Grover will be managing the overall direction and evolution of PipelineClaims. He will be leading a team of business analysts to gather new product features for development and providing strategic product direction.

For the past few years, Grover has been providing leadership at BlueWave in system integration efforts for the client implementation team as well as participating in BlueWave's sales efforts. He has provided in-depth functional and technical product demonstrations and assessing scope with prospective clients. Drawing on his experience in the insurance industry, Grover provides subject matter expertise on property/casualty claim management and the software application to internal staff, contractors and external clients.
Prior to joining BlueWave, Grover worked in IT for 15 years in both software and service vendor and client environments. Amongst his many accomplishments, he has led innovative hardware and software implementations and effectively implemented and utilized industry best practices within business operations.
Grover earned a B.A. from University of Northern Colorado and has a multitude of certificates in technology initiatives, including Business Process Management and Advanced Reporting Design.
