Bluewolf Deploys Cloud Computing Solution for Mercury Solar Systems to Better Meet Its Customers' Energy Needs

NEW YORK, NY and PORT CHESTER, NY--(Marketwire - April 22, 2010) -  In celebration of Earth Day 2010, Bluewolf (http://www.bluewolf.com), the agile business consulting firm, today announced that it has deployed a cloud computing CRM (customer relationship management) system for Mercury Solar Systems (http://www.mercurysolarsystems.com), a leading solar integrator. The customized Salesforce CRM deployment will enable Mercury Solar Systems to better meet the energy needs of its commercial, residential and nonprofit customers and is testament to the maturity and growth in the solar space over the past several years. 

As part of its commitment to green technologies and sustainability, Mercury Solar Systems selected Salesforce CRM because of its low environmental footprint as a cloud computing solution where no IT infrastructure is required. Bluewolf customized the solution to enable Mercury Solar Systems' sales team to more effectively sell solar energy systems of varying complexity to its customers and provide them with excellent service.

Using the Force.com platform, Bluewolf customized Salesforce CRM to automatically generate complex quotes and return on investment calculations for Mercury Solar Systems' sales team to provide more custom and competitive offers to customers. The system takes into account the numerous complexities of the solar energy industry, including varying federal and state tax rebate incentives, engineering alternatives, and environmental regulations.

Mercury Solar Systems is also using Bluewolf OpenSupport, its proactive expert services for ongoing innovation, to audit and streamline its contract development process in the future.
